We endeavour to dispatch parcels the same working day for orders placed before 4pm from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 4pm may be dispatched the next working day. All orders within the UK are sent using Royal Mail or DPD. This is a tracked service and you will receive a tracking number once you have placed your order.
We are a small business run from our home, and as such we are often away on weekends in our van climbing, mountaineering and adventuring. Where an order is placed during a weekend or bank holiday, we will dispatch your parcel the next working day.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE
We are currently shipping to countries within Europe, however please be aware that your parcel is likely to incur customs and taxes to pay upon arrival. These vary depending on the contents and country to which they are being delivered, but should be approximately 20%. As we are a small business, we have been unable to find a solution to wavering the customs and taxes.
