Micro brass nuts in a set of eight different sizes. The Mosaz are durable and reliable microwires for serious climbing. Brass nuts benefit from the softer metal by deforming to the rock, allowing for more secure protection on marginal placements. Designed for very small cracks and pin scars where nothing else will fit, the Mosaz should be a part of every serious climber’s rack.

Full set of Kouba Mosaz nuts covers sizes from 1 to 8.

Specification

Mosaz nuts, as with all Kouba climbing equipment, are CE 1015 and EN 12270 certified with the relevant certifications. Kouba have been making active and passive rock climbing protection for 20 years in Czech Republic, specialising in nuts, cams and abalaks.

I haven't used the nuts yet but they look the part - possibly a little heavy but that is outweighed by the price. The main point of my review is the excellent service from Sgurr. I ordered them mid afternoon Friday with free shipping and they arrived Monday afternoon. They were very well packed with absolutely no plastic in the packaging. Communication about the status of the order was excellent. Sgurr are highly recommended by me.
